Dinner: Classic Poulet with Vin Jaune and morell sauce, followed by a cheese plate with cheeses from the region. 2 glasses of wine are included in the dinner.
A tasting for those who love wine and want to ennoble yourself in this small region.
We start at 17.00 at Folii where Beatrice is doing an in-depth test. We go through the area's history, styles, producers and terroir and try our way through different expressions — from the healthy and mineral-driven to the nutty and stored. It becomes personal, nerdy and relaxed — just the way we think wine should be experienced.
At 18.00 we walk over to Voisine and sit down to a table. There we serve classic poulet with vin jaune and morell sauce, followed by a cheese plate with cheeses from the region — of course with carefully selected wines.
Our small wine bar at Östra Söder has been delivering Wine & Vinyl since the beginning of 2017! We arrange a variety of exciting wine tastings on different themes that we find fun and challenging. Everything from our popular Tour de France and ABC themes, to immersive grape portraits and special Champagne evenings.
