Just in time for the white asparagus to land on our plates, we immerse ourselves in Germany's signature grape - Riesling. This is one of our favorite grapes made in snus-dry to sweet bottlings. These wines can therefore be enjoyed on most occasions and are suitable for a wide variety of dishes. During this tasting, we focus on German wine regions where Riesling dominates.
The test is held between 15-16 pm on Erstagatan 21.
